Review on PRYSM Bake Element Replacement for WB44T10010 by Ronnie Dunn

This item had to be modified slightly to fit my old GE oven but it worked great. The screw holes in the element mount (on the tips of the element itself) had to be reamed out a bit as they were too small for my application. In order to mount the element in my oven, I then had to drill new holes in the back wall of the oven. Once installed, the device was fully functional again and the mods were pretty basic. I miss the tilt up (erase) feature of the original element, but that doesn't matter. Overall, it's good value for money, if not entirely plug-n-play.
