Instructions are included, usually enough thread (someone has little, someone a lot), two needles, fabric. The pattern is easy to understand and easy enough to follow. I would give this set four or five stars, but I'm giving it three because of one major flaw. Symbol #2 and #15 are so similar that they are almost indistinguishable in the pattern, so it was very difficult to complete this design. I hope this review helps people who bought this set and get them to take a good look at the icons before starting, especially the two I mentioned above. I would encourage the company to change either of these two characters in future sets to make it more user friendly. Many Thanks.
