It doesn't fit in our filter slot
The iterm came ok, we kept it in the shipping box until we needed to change the filter today. It's a little big, it doesn't fit in. We have used the Honeywell Media filter many times over the past 10 years with no problems and have never had this problem before. Something has changed. I am waiting to see if support will reply to our email as Revain's refund window has just passed.
