I wish I could give this product a 5 🌟. But let me start with the good things. Looks fantastic, the polished finish and electro-engraved logo are top notch. The hook design is attractive and functional. Turn it around and the need for better quality control becomes very apparent. The screw heads stand proud. The mounting plate and the hooks fit together well, so the screws are not too long, the countersinks in the plate must be too small. In addition, when tightening the screws, the cross pinion was torn off and toothed on 4 screws. I had to file the sharp parts flat. Ok, since I was at the BBQ this weekend, I wanted to add a grate to my beautiful new stainless steel grill. No time to exchange. The question was, what is the best way to do this? I figured since the screws are proud of the back of the rack, gluing would be the best solution. So I applied glue between the screws and taped the glued post to the end of the grill, tape held everything in place until the glue set. Viola! My grilling tools were conveniently placed and easily accessible and the rack looks great. Oh last comment. The screws provided are only for drywall or wood so metal to metal you need to provide your own screws and better quality control is needed here as there is only 1 drywall anchor!?
