Great customer service and great product for SEO

I like that we are able to track our results, it's not as easy for us at this time in California but they have improved their reporting system recently so things should be looking up! The customer service is very good also - you will get answers pretty quickly when contacting them directly through email or phone call. Not really anything yet - maybe an update of what features there might be soon? It would help me make my decision easier if I knew of all available options out there rather than just seeing one option which looks great from afar but doesn't look too promising once i got inside. They do provide excellent support via emails/phone calls if needed though (and live chat). We use it mostly for Google search keyword optimization. My team uses it daily while working remotely during quarantine. The team at Dispenary is very knowledgeable, professional and helpful in all aspects of running our business through their website or via phone calls/texts. They are always willing to go above and beyond for us! There isn't anything I dislike about working with them so far. If you want someone who will help you grow and be there when needed they are it. We have been able to keep up with orders from customers that order online as well as those that come into store.

  • Knowledgebase articles provided were extremely useful!! Live Chat feature was awesome because even after hours sometimes its nice having access without needing to wait until morning ish :) Customer Service reps responded promptly over messaging platform whenever possible
