I wear a 48R jacket and XL in shirts and the XL fit really well for me. It came nicely packaged, but it was folded up and had some wrinkles from being folded, so I had it dry cleaned first and it came back beautiful. I wore it (Red) to a big holiday party in San Francisco and got non-stop complements. I enjoyed it so much I think I'll pick up some other color dinner jackets for fun--they're so inexpensive and yet they look sharp. The picture is at home before we left for the event.
