This tape works great but the powdery white portion of the tape flakes off with white dust every time you press a button. If your typewriter is old-fashioned or expensive and you don't want to load the mechanism with sticky white powder, then this might not be for you. For general use on a machine you don't like, this should work just fine. That won't happen in my Olivetti or Olympia.
