You should only use this occasionally.

Charcoal toothpastes are more abrasive than regular toothpastes. This has a lot to do with bleaching. I think that improved things a bit, but selling three packs of something you shouldn't use more than a couple of times a month isn't good value unless you have to go into every one lay a whistle from several bathrooms.
