1pc. The sound quality is very good, better than the Skullcandy Push Ultra True ($98) for me. They sit very comfortably and securely in the ears when running. The battery is all I need. 4. I forgot them in my pants pocket and put them through hot water, very dirty, very long, extra washing machine rinse and then put them through honey. The burn-in cycle that had them falling out of the bag and hanging around for over 40 minutes. When I found them, I put them in my ears and bam. Works perfect! I'm surprised.
