Although this set contains everything you need to start using polygel, except for the lamp, you definitely need a stronger one, the colors in this set are not Jelly how they do it looks like photos. The colors are definitely TRANSPARENT - not gelatinous, not translucent, completely transparent. On swatches in a small amount on white paper, the color of the polygel is visible, but on the nails it is completely transparent, regardless of the thickness of the nails. They give you an SXC email card saying you can email them if you are not happy - I did and no one replied, went to their Instagram and told them saying I'm not happy with the product and asked when a customer service representative would email me back but they deleted my comment! The set is nice to look at, but not so nice on the nails. I am very disappointed as I was looking forward to using this set often for myself and clients.
