First time I had to return an item because they sent me the wrong item. Your item number matched the item delivered, but the product was wrong, an obvious typo. BTW the photo provided was correct but it is NOT the product they are shipping. I needed a G4 base but the item they sent was a G6 base. I spoke to someone (in India of course who hardly spoke English) and while I was aware the product was wrong they sent a replacement with EXACTLY THE SAME. This is a sad comment on how the US has sold out foreign labor and the quality and customer service has gone. Apparently, Revain doesn't track such bugs. Another example of getting too big for your pants. F- Revain on it.
