Review on 🕶️ TheraSpecs Haven Migraine and Light Sensitivity Blue Light Glasses by Mathew Hishmeh

This is the "room" version of the TheraSpecs Haven goggle. (Overall impression) I would like to give you a better rating. The migraine relief is 4/5 and they are much better than regular blue light glasses. However the construction of the glasses is 2/5 and they were slightly crooked within 2 weeks. If you're looking for something better than blue light goggles, these should do the trick, but if you're looking for the FL-41 and already have them, you might want something more permanent. (Pro) The light pink hue is nice, it makes it bearable to work on the computer 8+ hours a day. There is a noticeable difference in eye strain when you take them off and look at the screen. (Pro) Wearing outdoors in the early evening is great and gives the impression that there is daylight outside (Neutral). They don't work in bright sunshine. enough light and too light shade at night to see. (Minus) After about 2 weeks the plastic sides of the frame curled up a bit causing the fit to be a little lopsided. (Cons) The frames themselves are flimsy and kinda cheap.
