Absolute rubbish: stow away clothes and wardrobe

Overall I am a more positive reviewer. It takes me a long time to give a 1 star review. But that's complete nonsense. After reading other reviews I took the risk that some of the shelves were bent because I can handle it. Today I received mine, took everything out of the packaging and inspected everything. First, half of the zip ties that were supposed to hold the poles together were already cut, so they were undone first. That didn't bother me, so I drove on. I checked all the shelves and luckily only one was very slightly bent, but not enough to make a fuss about. I started building the block. Well, I'm quite a practical person, and this is the seventh shelf of this style I've built in my house, so I'm not a complete idiot. I put this stupid thing together for probably 4 hours now it's not that hard to put together. It's pretty easy, especially if you've already built this stylish shelf. The reason it takes so long is that NOTHING is direct. After assembly, each "tower" is clearly bent and not straight. So I had to sit there and try to straighten it. At least in an hour. I finally leveled it so I started installing the rest. As with most other reviews, the top two shelves don't line up, which doesn't bother me much. But that's mainly because the two towers aren't straight. The suspension rod, which runs freely through the telescopes, does not have a lock against folding back, as expected. I'm not sure I like it, so maybe I'll end up buying another, sturdier pole to replace it. Also, I only wanted to use one of the rods because I bought them to hang long items. I think I got lucky as the other bar wasn't drilled properly so I still can't screw it in with the screws provided. So it's just a blank piece of metal. And just a note, it's my fault for not measuring, but the depth is only 14 inches, which is definitely not enough to fully fit any type of oversized jacket without fully snuggling into it. Wall. So I need to keep it about 4 inches from the wall. The only reason I didn't send it back is because I really don't want to disassemble and box it.
