Review on 🐯 Tigerchocks AC201 Lightweight Commercial Aviation Wheel Chock, Yellow, 5.5x4.5x2.75 inches by Tony Reid

It is very difficult to mark each pad with an N number with the new rubberized surfaces.

Obviously not like the old pads where you could take a big felt tip pen and write your 'N' number to deter theft and identify a specific aircraft. The composition of the bars is a type of rubber material with the "company" information stamped onto the bars, making marking doubly difficult as the stamped information and the type of rubber composition do not favor a quality permanent marker. I had to take notes several times. with great effort to make them all in black letters. If I had to do it all over again I would just go to Home Depot and buy some wood and cut it to L 6"XW 4" H 1.75, paint them white, mark them with black marker and punch holes in each one Bind them with nylon cord. There is a business opportunity here to manufacture wooden chocks for people with chassis, wheel covers (trousers, gaiters, etc.).

Pros
  • Immobilizers and Pads
Cons
  • Slightly torn
