I am very upset. I wanted to love this collar. We have received many compliments on this. However, I almost lost my 14 week old Labrador puppy today because the plastic buckle broke. I was holding her on a leash when she saw two golden retrievers. When she tried to move away from me, the buckle on the collar broke and she left. We were also on a busy corner. The only reason I have another puppy is because the big dogs scared her and she ran to me to hide. I'm still very upset about that. It was a very close call! Do not buy this collar if you need it for security, walking, etc. It's only good for looks. Of course, my return window is closed for 20 days. Uhhh! What a waste of money!
