Well if you are used to spin shoes
I've never used spinning shoes before and ever since I got the Peloton I really need them. Learning to get in and out of the pedals is difficult, these shoes are mesh so I think it got harder and I wear a 7 and need a 6.5. I have wide feet and these shoes are wide. I love this shoe but for a beginner with rear shoes I need a hard shoe because it can really mess up your knee, come back but come back up later.
