Oh! The company changed fiber and quality by releasing new black socks!

This is one of those reviews written with regret to share the sad news of the change in product quality when I received a set of black socks. I have only ordered and worn two other available sets of these Comfoex socks in bright colors so far as the black set has been out of stock for months. The vibrant Briar colors of pink, purple, red, orange, blue and green have been made from thick, soft cotton fiber with a very strong and sturdy construction. They have lots of grippy points on the outsole that don't give that awful feeling when walking on marble! Light-colored socks can also be washed well. Incidentally, I always wash everything that has to do with clothing in cold water with a clear, powder-free detergent with the addition of borax with each load, without adding fabric softener, as any type of detergent or fabric softener always seems to contaminate many front-loading machines. (as well as my LG which I have had for over a decade)! I air dry all types of clothes (OK. Wait a minute. Honest! All clothes are 100% air dry except one! Tumble dry about five minutes on lowest setting, even LG. Blue jeans ONLY made of cotton that can eliminate that denim stiffness!). However, through a cold wash and air drying, the colored socks have also retained their grip to provide that blessed safety extra for anyone who walks the bare ground in the world, and they do it perfectly. They retained their shape and dimensions, including width and length. All colors are bright, no streaks. No untangles. Completely satisfied with their perfection, I even ordered a third set. Never had any problems wearing it, no nasty reactions like the terrible burning or itching that polyester and acrylic fibers cause on my particularly sensitive system. I've read several other people's reviews mentioning the same sensitivity issues with other brands of socks, so I'm certainly not the only one with this strange affliction! But now? What a disappointment! When the black set of these futi socks was back in stock I ordered them. Mistake. who knew As with many products in our world, the reality of product quality standards seems to be constantly falling (and sadly not working) - well, add them to this long list. The black socks I just received (November 2021) are no longer made with the amazingly desired feeling of warmth and comfort of the other sets ordered in previous months leading into 2021. Apparently they were made from seemingly inferior, maybe cheaper to produce, not cotton, either entirely or mostly synthetic fibers which are definitely unknown to me. The package label didn't say anything about the fiber content at all. They've been made from a much more stretchy, almost stretchy, finer and thinner yarn, with a much looser knit that makes them practically transparent (if barely stretched), which probably isn't as warm either for those of us who want to in our seasonal socks. Not to mention the other synthetic dotted grip socks for yoga or sports that many others offer for those who love that kind of thing. Speaking of the pursuit of comfort and warmth, the use of natural fibers and reliable, reliable quality built into the production. I didn't even bother trying on those black socks. i need cotton No plastic feel with maybe inferior fibers. I'm afraid to order more and will cherish and carefully care for the nine pairs I have!
