Broken product that wets the entire floor

I don't understand how this product can even exist on the market. Shouldn't the manufacturer test it before release? I like his looks but he let me down too much. The first morning after using it for a night, I found that the floor was wet because it was a poor quality product. I returned it immediately. Another minor annoyance is that you can't turn off the night mode button backlight.
