I am 6'0", 185 lbs, 32" waist. I first ordered them in size M which was too tight so I changed them to L which fits me. The fabric is soft, slightly stretchy and very comfortable. Note that these pants are very tight so you should probably go up a size. Otherwise the fit is perfect for me as I don't like the look of baggy jogging pants and prefer a slim fitting look and feel. A few cons. Deep and barely holds my smartphone securely. I'm not crazy about the big Pi logo, but it's easily covered up with a highlighter.
