I STOP SUPPORTING Green Toys. I bought my little son all green toys for Christmas in December 2020. All toys stink of washing powder. At first I thought I must have received the returned toys from the buyer who probably washed them with washing powder. But no, it wasn't. In fact, it was the company's fault. I emailed Green Toys and they were fully aware of the issue. They didn't think that was a problem and told me to just put them in the dishwasher or let them air out. I've left them in the hot California sun for months and they still stink. I was very upset, I could not give them to my child. Anyone who smelled them was shocked at how bad they smelled. I would never let my son put them in his mouth. Anyway January 2021 is coming and I decide to buy my son 3 more green toys. I thought Green Toys had definitely fixed this problem by now. I was wrong, all 3 toys stink so bad! I emailed Green Toys again to let them know my concerns. A week went by with no response so I emailed them AGAIN and they finally responded. They offered to replace the toy after my THIRD letter. But by then it was too late, my son had already outgrown the children's toys I had bought him first. I have just returned the last order I placed and have not responded. It's really disappointing that a company with such a good reputation continues to sell toys like this.
