Didn't bother with a return. If bought somewhere in Leroy, I would return it. Noise was reduced by intervention in the device: 1. gluing the lower bowl inside, where it does not interfere with reassembly, automotive 2mm vibration isolation. 2. The place where the fan is installed is glued with sealant. 3. A not very thick lubricant such as Litola has been added to the valve mechanism so that the moving parts do not make so much noise. The method works. Checked. 4. So far, it has been possible to get rid of unpleasant noise by abundantly lubricating the motor with high-quality penetrating ceramic bicycle chain lubricant. Worked like this for 2 weeks. The noise became quiet. Can be placed in the bedroom. Conclusion: I would not recommend purchasing for those who are not cunning for inventions and are not friends with a screwdriver.
