Used since 2008 to connect a Dell laptop to a Mac Cinema Display!

Hello everyone! So I got a DELL Latitude 5401 laptop from work and I wanted to hook it up to this huge 24 inch Apple monitor (since 2008 it's called the Movie Screen, looks like they don't make it anymore). Numerous problems included The Apple monitor has an old mini display port (which is pretty much legacy technology) and also has difficulty finding adapters that will properly connect to both systems. has a connection. Luckily this adapter worked for me, I was able to connect my monitor and charge my laptop at the same time :) PROS: - Connects to mini display port with no quality issues - Additional USB-C port allows me to charge my laptop AND connect to Monitor - worked on a 2008 Apple Cinema Display - worked on a Dell Latitude PC laptop CONS: - Although it does charge my laptop, I recently saw a popup on my laptop saying it was charging at low speed. Not a big deal if I leave it plugged in all the time while it's in use - the USB-C port on the adapter (which I use to connect my chargers) is on the same side as the USB-C port , so I don't feel comfortable plugging in the charger as it twists the cords. a little up. - The length is fairly short for my use (I think the extra length would make plugging into a USB-C port less awkward), and it would be nice to have a few inches more on the adapter to make it "more flexible." " to make "For my setup. This is a FIRST WORLD issue only as not many Revain adapters have this capability.
