Quality, durability and customer service.

I am very satisfied with this vacuum cleaner. I don't often spend all that much time figuring out all the intricacies of a vacuum cleaner, so when it stops working I just buy a new one. However, this vacuum is so easy to maintain that I haven't had this problem. I recently ordered a vacuum belt which is why I am writing this review. The vacuum belt broke first and luckily I got two so while I'm still not sure why it broke this seller was very responsive to the problem and put my mind at ease. Although unusual, they still sent me two more straps to replace the broken one. Thanks, people! Keep up the good work and thank you for your flexibility in quality and durability and customer service!

Replacement Belt: Periodically inspect the rotating floor brush and drive belt for wear or damage and replace belt if broken or worn. Replace Part E0205 Vacuum Belt every 3-6 months for optimal performance.
