The most important features are having all of my documents in one place, fast access which saves time when I'm searching through evidence or reviewing reports etc! No downsides but if it had more options at times you could do without certain functions as some things aren't intuitive like how they're organized within different folders (though this does take getting used too).
It would be good however because we have fewer cases/documents overall now since implementing Xanalys than before using our previous system where everything was spread out between email attachments from each other person - so much easier accessibility then compared to what came previously.
