I am trying to reduce sugar and maltodextrin to lower my blood pressure. It's great, I mix two scoops with a banana along with some almond milk every morning and my energy levels don't fluctuate throughout the day. As an energy drink, I mix two scoops with some raw honey and have had great results cycling, much better than maltodextrin. This may be a side effect, but my joint pain has drastically reduced due to broken bones in 2008, which I believe is the reason I sleep better. I know this is not a scientific review but I have full confidence in this product.
