Not the color I bought I received a gray key fob not easy to program my 2004 acura tl

I have my key fob it's not the color which i ordered, online shows it is black, i have 2 gray ones, it wasn't easy to program, i still wasn't able to program the second one. Took me 2 days to program one took 4 it actually worked when I found a youtube video hopefully I can program another one back onto the drawing board.
