My cousin's 60th birthday party had a 1920's theme, and we needed SOMETHING because we weren't buying new outfits. :) My Mom found these fascinators, and they were perfect!The feathers are adjustable, so you can make them stand up if desired.
- I found it to be too much when I stood it up but leaning over the top it was perfect!
