They are heavy and strong compared to the ones I took out of the boxes. After aligning and attaching them to the boxes, I checked the sliding mechanism. It was perfect! Smooth and well lubricated, it closed easily. The soft close mechanism is great! It takes a bit more force to open, but that didn't bother me. I had some trouble getting it to slide when the slides were in the drawer, but after a little tweaking they worked fine. Unfortunately, after everything was installed, I found that they are too buggy and I have to re-order. So if you're wondering what size to go, don't forget to take the measurements from the front of the drawer when your drawers are in place.
