Scratchy to the touch and difficult to apply smoothly
I've just finished swatching this set and I have to say I'm disappointed. For the price and description, I was expecting a much better experience with pencils. I found them to have a "scratchy" feel and some of the lighter colors were very difficult to apply smoothly as they left small scratches on the paper when I tried to use them, even with light pressure. I am very disappointed with this set, especially considering the price range. I may have received a defective set, but I wouldn't buy them again.
