Very disappointed: welding helmets

When I received this, I opened the box, it had a big tear on the side, I was very unhappy, I weld for a living, I looked forward to using it , but i could not if i get a refund i think i will go with another hood. I've always liked Jackson. I've had their hoods for years, this one is very cheaply made.
