My blood pressure went up after taking this product! Monitor my health at home by measuring my blood sugar and blood pressure almost daily. Tried this product in September. After a week I got a headache and my blood pressure went from 120 to 130, then 140 and 150 every day. Nothing changed in my daily diet except switching to this product! So I stopped taking it completely. A week later the pressure returned to normal. When I bought this product I did not read the reviews. I thought it would be ok for +4 stars out of 7,000 reviews but after my blood pressure went insane I went back to read and saw a lot of reviews complaining about changes other buyers were feeling and some Chinese made ingredients . I'm over it But I can't get my money back because it's overdue. I don't usually write reviews but I want to say to anyone who feels worse after taking this product that you may have the same problem as me so stay away from this product. It is not worth! Can you imagine people who already have high blood pressure and take this product and blood pressure goes up by 30 points? That's why I'm writing this review.
