My glass is cracked😭

Very disappointed. There is a chip on the underside of the glass. Also, it's not a level. I am right handed but thought I could give it to someone and use a left handed one as I am left handed😭 I would like the Née brand please. Many Thanks. Great. I like how I can work on it. It is oriented correctly and the fact that I can take it with me when I travel is very important. I will say it's worth the money.
