Review on 👟 Stride Rite Made2Play Scout Water Shoe for Toddlers and Little Boys by Shawn Xayamonty

My son has been wearing Stride Rite Made 2 Play water shoes for 2 summers with no problems (and only wore Stride Rite branded shoes for 4 years) so by early summer I got the current version ( these) found and bought the right size. I was shocked when my son who had been wearing it for two days complained to his teacher and me that the shoes hurt his toes and when I pulled his foot out both feet had small patches of red spots and peeling skin. He has plenty of room from toe to toe and is a large shoe size (which he has worn for years). So now I'm sitting on shoes that have hardly been used and can't return them because he wore them. Too bad I didn't read the reviews - I'll probably switch brands after this experience and waste of money. I would also like to point out that in the last 6 months I have broken two pairs of Stride-Rite shoes (top straps, ripped Velcro) after 2-3 months of use. The quality has gone down, but the price hasn't changed. Buyer Warning.
