Review on πŸ’» Dell D620 Laptop with Duo Core and Windows XP by Sam Lund

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Missing parts, sticky buttons

Got this laptop yesterday, got a restored version. The missing 5 screws for attachment came. The hard drive is not secured and the screws that secure the display hinge are missing. Every time I open the screen, the hinge stand pops out. The keys are sticky and stick to the backplate, and they have ugly stains like spilled coffee or milk. I knew I was buying an outdated laptop as I must for the applications I run. But his condition is disgusting and there are no details. It's almost impossible to find tiny screws like the ones sold separately. I went for a refurbished one rather than a regular used one as I expected better quality. As defined by Amazon, refurbished means that it has been cleaned and restored to manufacturer's standards and quality. This is anything but true.
