I'm a DIY mechanic, ran my own shop for a few years, currently own a Snap-On Mt-2500 (obsolete). I had to update the gauges to fit my vehicles. After all the research, I chose this scanner because of the simplicity, convenience, and amount of hardware that it comes with. Snap-On is a good brand, but the minimal hardware is overpriced. It was easy to set up the first time, connecting to my internet and easy to register. I gave 4 stars for tech support as I haven't needed it yet, but all the reviews and research have shown that Autel cares about their product and wants to please. I would recommend this product and similar products to anyone asking for it. If you are a DIY enthusiast and need to upgrade, do yourself a favor and check out AUTEL.
