I just posted a review about a powder that is important for our cat. NR-Fluid works just as well as the cooled version. Some of the eye cleaning products we have used on our cat in the past have sometimes irritated the edges of his eyelids slightly. They appear slightly red after application. But not with Eye Envy, so it looks softer. To be honest, I can't say that it cleans dried crusts better or faster than some of the other products we've tried, but it seems to work at least as well in that regard. Our cat doesn't particularly like rubbing his eyes, but besides that he doesn't mind the EE liquid itself like he has with some other wipes and eye solutions. This is the only reason to keep using it. But it was the powder that changed the world. There's no reason for us not to share this "system" because it really works amazingly well. Nothing else we tried worked really well. If your pet's eyes often water, I highly recommend trying Eye Envy, but don't skip the powder. Powder is the key for us. Really amazing things. I give the liquid 5 stars because of its non-irritating nature and the amazing result we see when using the liquid and powder together.
