When I received the training collar it was pretty easy to figure out. Plug it into a USB outlet and let it charge. It took me a few hours to fully charge. It easily adapts to my 13 pound Pomeranian Maltese. She's a great dog, she just barks at EVERYTHING. The moment we put it on she felt comfortable wearing it. It works as promised. It took me a while to find the right setting for my dog. It tends to "correct" when other loud noises are nearby. But once I find the best sensitivity setting, it seems to work great. And this trains my dog not to bark at all. Single. Person. She is. sees. This product is worth the money for that alone.
