They are supplied flat in an airtight pack which requires care when opening. I've ordered mattresses that roll up tight and then expand and work great, so this method of packaging didn't bother me at all. I laid out the pillows to stretch, but after 24 hours they were only two inches thick at the highest point. I figured maybe they were just VERY slow to expand so I gave them a few more days and nothing. These are almost completely flat pillows that offer no support at all. Unfortunately I missed the return date in the hope and expectation that they might stretch. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY THESE PILLOWS!
