Even one layer is not memory foam as the description claims. This product is an absolute waste of money. Please don't believe the good reviews here. Please do not purchase this product as it will not get the job done.

The styrofoam wedges have become very flat due to the air being sucked out of them, which is normal. I took them out of the plastic bags to air them and open them up. However, they didn't fit at all like the picture. They seemed very flat, maybe 2 to 3 inches at the top of the knee wedge. Wouldn't order these again. :(

The wedge pillow is very comfortable and comfortable for sleeping or sitting in bed. My back is very happy as the pain I have had for a while is easing every night. I only wish there was an affordable cotton pillowcase as the fabric on the cover of these pillows started to pucker within a few days so I had to make pillowcases for them out of my own fabric.

While this wedge pillow set was well made, the photos showing the sizing are misleading. The woman pictured relaxing on the pillows must be infant or child sized in order for the pillows to appear as large as the photos. The cushions shown in the photos are disproportionate to the person resting on them. Yes, the measurements were given, but the photos are a strong influence. I recently had hip surgery and also have arthritis in my knees. My legs were swollen and sore and I had trouble sleeping. Attempting to use the pillows didn't work because they moved and had to be adjusted. This wedge is perfect! It is just as described. There was no smell as described by others. They are supplied flat in an airtight pack which requires care when opening. I've ordered mattresses that roll up tight and then expand and work great, so this method of packaging didn't bother me at all. I laid out the pillows to stretch, but after 24 hours they were only two inches thick at the highest point. Cannot select a star rating. The package has just arrived. I didn't recognize the content. Two folded pieces of fabric stuck tightly in a transparent bag, soft and flat. Such instructions were on a label stuck to the packaging, which I threw away at first. Supposedly they should be hung up to get rid of the smell. Are they inflated to the stated sizes? I bought this to make reading in bed easier. I guess I wasn't paying attention because I didn't realize you actually have 2 pillows! It was kind of a bonus for me because I was only expecting one. One is more like a wedge and this is the one I lean on to read. I put the other one under my feet. You can create a combination and use both, whichever is more convenient for you.
