I bought this hoping to put a mid-size sewing machine on it to use. Before buying it i made a long search to find not very high price but stable-balanced table. This looked well balanced, well weighted with extra space creating shelves. It was easy quick and one man job to assemble, can not complain about the quality of the material which better than expected at this price range, however it s very unbalanced due to its design, you would not complain it if you will use for laptop, reading or studying but when you put something heavy to work on it, or work on sensitive things you would prefer other options.
