I’ll recommend this product.
I bought this silicon pan to make oil free muffins. I've made cakes with no spray and no baking papers, and without spaying oil before I put the dough onto this pan. This pan is really GREAT. I do put it on a cookie sheet for stability. I need to buy another one and a mini muffin one.
