Revainrating 5 out of 5

Everything I hoped for

Been wanting to order one for a long time! We recently worked from home in my office for 1.5 years and in that time brought all our monitors home. Now I work both in the office and at home, but I had to bring my installation back to the office. I've had issues with my laptop monitor just because I'm used to using three. After I ordered it, it changed my entire work from home experience. I'm more efficient on yeast. I wish I had invested sooner. I connected one side via HDMI and USBA. The other side is Thunderbolt/USBC on my laptop. The monitor is then connected via USBC. At first I couldn't get it to work. Customer service is open from 11:00am to 7:00am, so I wasn't able to speak to anyone right away. I used live chat on their website and they called me around 11:05 am to help. Luckily I found out first. Since I was using Thunderbolt on my Dell, I had to connect the USBC to the bottom port on the screen, not the top. When it is fully closed, one of the screens will open. Even in my laptop bag, I'm afraid it might break somehow. So I probably won't be out and about with this set very often. I've been thinking about taking it to work to use during meetings in our conference room, but I'm too worried it might break. Overall 5 stars after 1 week of use!
