I haven't used the headphone cable jack when running with wireless headphones, but the jack seems to be standard - where it's basically the hole that goes to the phone's headphone jack. The phone holder on the belt has a shell with holes for the charging port, headphone jack and speakers. This is in the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 configuration. The belt is also reversible! And it has a reflective strip on the zippers of the main pocket (back of the phone screen) and the additional pocket. Additional security feature! The only thing that confuses me is the "Rhinoceros Valley" marking on the belt, which is in the most prominent place. I have no problem with the brand name but the location seems to be "there". I wouldn't mind branding. All in all a very good product, no issues with it and the description of the items match the description on Revain exactly.
