No more flying split rings or broken nails
I love using split rings for a variety of tasks and I saw this and wondered if it would work on all sizes. The answer is yes and great. I've always wondered why there wasn't a tool to accomplish the task of opening and holding an open ring to load with keys. This one does the job perfectly and I've used it with split rings from 3/8" to 1 1/2" and it works great. I highly recommend it if you work with split rings.
