I purchased this case in Dec. 2021. The case came as advertised. It is very easy to install and uninstall on your phone. As expected, it is a little bulky for an already bulky phone, however I did not mind this. I work in the construction field and I need something that lets me know its there. It is a very sturdy case. This month the case went from charging my phone from a very low battery state to full, to barely charging for more than a minute. I contacted customer service and they were very responsive. If they did not answer right away, they got back to me in a very timely manner. They have worked very diligent in resolving my issue. I would recommend the case and the company to my friends and would purchase this device again.
