I was so hopeful that this battery case would work better than the others we have tried but no such luck. We have purchased two of these and neither one worked. The case protects the phone from damage and I like the look and feel but those are the only positives. With one of the cases When trying to charge my phone, it will charge my phone but it won’t charge itself. If I remove my phone and try to charge it separately, it still doesn’t charge itself. UPDATE:The charging port snaps off inside the hollow case. Broke 3 of them in 3 weeks. Doing NOTHING. Just inserting the plug and SNAP. There is a large empty space and nothing holds it in place. They did not mold the case to fit it or even just squeeze in a big blob of glue to make certain it would not POP out. Horrid design. Weak. Cheap. I'm overall pleased with this product. It fit my iPhone 13 Pro Max very well. One concern, however, is with the case at the top center above the notch. It seems loosely fit, and is easily flexed when touched. My concern is that at some point I may swipe up and catch it inadvertently, which might tear the case. I puchased 2 chargers, one for my 10 year grand daughter's I-6 and for my 13 Pro Max. My g-baby has T1D diabetes so her phone is her life line and monitors her Blood Levels, it needs to be charged all the time so we can monitor her. which means my phone needs to be charged as well. The charging case fit and worked perfectly for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Unfortunately, the port on the case used to charge the case has worn out. I can no longer recharge the case because it no longer securely hold a lightning cord. Customer service contacted me and said they would send me a replacement. So far I am not having any problems with the replacement.

Aside from being a pretty heavy it’s easy to hold. But since it doesn’t have its own charger port every time I charge my phone the phone case itself doesn’t charge.The phone case battery always stays on 1 bar, I like the quality and how it feels but if it doesn’t charge it’s not useful to me, returning this item

The battery/case is with me all day every day. I’ve used this product with other phones and have always had a great experience. This case has saved me from damaging my phone on numerous drops and the backup battery has always been there when I need it. I keep a spare one in my car and my emergency bag just in case. Easily a 5 STAR!

After the third year, the contacts were not working that great for my iPhone 11, but still very functional.I was very happy overall, the customer service was impeccable, therefore I did what a happy customer does: I changed the phone and bought another Alphathronix. So far so good.

worked for 6 + months and then it degraded the battery and won't hold much juice. This also has an issue with Apple car play does not work if connected with the case. The case also started to crake but could be due to heavy use.

I’ve had this case for a month and for the first week it worked pretty good but after a while it’s flaws really show. It does not work with apple car play at all it keeps going on and off when you try to connect it. Sometimes the case doesn’t even charge and the sides of the case where the buttons are at are starting to feel flimsy and cheap it’s upsetting for a case that’s $47

Looks clean, very durable, not too thick at all, protects the phone well. Battery life could be a little better but overall satisfied.

Updated review: Only six months old, the battery can no longer charge my phone. I figure I got about 1/4 of a charge on it this morning, and my phone went dead on my bike ride today. Now I’m here looking for a replacement. They’ve also tripled the price. Feel for you folks out there thinking about plucking down your hard cash on this battery.
