These food containers are easy to test because they do exactly what they're supposed to do. They hold food and the lids stick to the jar very well. They are of much better quality than most I have seen in local shops as the glass is strong and thick, the rubber gasket on the lid comes off for washing and is also just the right thickness and fits the groove on the lid very well . The main reason I got them is so I can reheat my food without having to do it in a plastic container that leaches so many chemicals into your food during the harvesting process. . I just remove the plastic lid and place a paper towel on top to catch any spills. With these containers you can reheat food in the microwave or even in the oven or toaster! Nothing lasts forever, but these containers are well made and built to last. I highly recommend them.
