I was making French white wine sauce and realized I didn't have a corkscrew. My girlfriend rushed to buy one at the supermarket and brought this with her. It was the perfect timing because at that moment I needed wine. This is the weirdest type of corkscrew I've ever seen, but I gave it a try anyway. With the twisted corkscrew, I began to pull and the corkscrew came out of the socket. It broke completely and I didn't have any pliers to try and pull the cork out or even unscrew the corkscrew. I had to take things off the stove and it got cold. I really threw a ball at this crappy product. By the way, it costs 5 dollars in the supermarket.
