I have three KC120's and I know for a fact that when I bought my first or second no fine print mentioned there was a 2 year cap on my basic cloud storage plan but now it is in multiple places Mentioned in the fine print that a subscription is required after 2 years. I bought the first two when they were over $100. If they start getting me to subscribe that the first camera will be released on that date by the end of 2019 it will be cheaper to throw away the camera and buy a new one to have it come with 2 years of cloud storage. This is absolutely absurd! At the very least, they must be the grandparents of the people who bought the camera before adding this restriction. They also need to actually include that information in the ads, not how they hide it from potential customers. Worse still, there isn't a multi-camera plan like many other companies offer, meaning Kasa service plans are more expensive than some brands if you have multiple cameras.
