This is a security issue when there is an emergency and the door will not open.

If you open the inside handle a little further than the handle, it goes beyond the stop and the door does not open any further. We had someone blocking our van because it happened. (Security issue) Is there anything we can do to prevent this in the future or is the pen broken? We received it on January 19th and our returns window closed on February 19th. We are not satisfied with this product.
